@d00m - Oooh that is a hard question to answer, first that comes to mind would be the Fulgrim Commission I did for a friend, the gold and face were amazing, second would be one of the chaos lords repaints, they allowed me to stretch my legs, Fabius Biles cloak is a work of art for me. What is your favourite so far?

@WarbossDakka - Yeah, any bleeding of the black was going to be catastrophic, and raising white to a bright look on top of black wasn't easier either!

Update: Figured I'd show you some better (subjective) pictures of the biker, the eagle is off to allow for transport.

Lovely painting. I don't know if it's a lighting thing, but is the black more like a dark grey? Looks very effective. Squiggles are on point as usual too.

Also, does the eagle have a magnet on to re attach during games?

Awesome model to start the Deathwatch crew on... the crazy guy who rides a bike into battle and then has a sword and shield to take the fight to the enemy when the bolter rounds are gone

Squiggles on the front mud guard work well!

Very nice work. Looking great. Really like this one. Got a feeling about it. Nice work on the eagle too.

@WarbossDakka - Yep, the model was primed black, then had an airbrush of abbadon black to cover any bits the primer missed, then a top down blast through the airbrush of administratum grey to highlight. I looked at magnetising the eagle, but the fixture point is so small and fiddly all the magnets I have are just to big :(

Well, I have to say I have missed a lot! That terminator is totally awesome! My favourite model has to be Tigurius or the DW biker.

@WarbossDakka - Thanks, there is a ton of black on these models and to keep them bright and clean I was forced to do a bit more colour than I had intended, I am slightly dreading the Raven Guard assault marine for this very reason.

@Azalle - Thank you!

@Zerg - Thanks and regarding bases, for all my commission work I leave the bases as bare as I can, so that the client can match the bases to the force the want to, in this instance I've even left them off the bases to make it easier.

@d00m - I wouldn't say it was a terrible amount of bits missed, just a post every week day

@Solar - not weird until you think of it this way "I want to take a cast of your face and produce more of them" then it gets a little more weird

Time for the one and only Ortan Cassius! He's a great mini, with lots of fluency and "emotion". Probably my favourite out of DW:O. Lets see what you can do with him!
