I just found this by chance. I have been meaning to ask if anyone else could provide this but couldn't describe it and my paint skills aren't great.

When it came out in White Dwarf I bought it and made it, but since threw both the magazine and the scenery out.

I found it on http://theminiaturespage.com/boards/msg.mv?id=270786

Obviously just print it out, cut the shapes out and stick them to card, then cut the card out, glue them together, paint them up and rejoice!
Or alternatively just put holes through the corners onto the card to mark it then connect up the lines. Dot-to-dot style.

(It looks a lot better assembled, and you could even customise it further by extending it to 3 or 4 or however many sections as you like)
