I kinda like the bottom one. Whats the colors of the heraldity?

Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.

According to the space marine painter on The Bolter and Chainsword sight, they are Bubonic Brown and Macharius Solar Orange.

I like the whole arm being off-color in the bottom scheme - the asymmetry is cool and makes them less court-jester-like than the usual split schemes. It would be easy to write up some kind of fluffy reason for the arm being off-color too, if you're into that sort of thing (honoring the famous hero losing his arm to a Daemon Prince, etc.). I'd use yellow instead of that brown though. Especially for a novice painter, orange/brown is going to be hard to do without muddying into a blur at tabletop distance. Higher contrast would make a stronger impression, I think.

Thanks....I was originally gonna go with yellow, but thougt it might be too bright. Yellow and orange was my first choice, so I think I'll go with that. If anyone else has any suggestions it would be much appreciated.

My only isue with this is that I don't sense any contrast between the yellow and the orange.

This is kinda the same thing I was going to do for my space marines, same painter diff scheme, I don't know what to call them but they're grey black and vary between having a blue left or right arm
