hi all at Dakka Dakka,
I am hoping to be able to produce a thread were all may be able to click onto and have all of the zombie craziness fix that every-one needs. my main reason is 28mm scaled stuff is hard to come by such as vehicle's and terrain scaling, and with your help on your idea's with scaling things will allow others to achieve something from this scale
So if you have great idea's that have worked or you wish to ask about or willing to try then I want to know about it for the community, model wips, conversions, green stuff wips, terrain, painted figures painting tuts and techniques, concept arts and pictures for peeps to try and sculpt and diorama's too everything to do with apocalyptic zombie-goodness...

Please no mention of board games rules of games or such alike. You may however mention were your models are from i.e.:- Zombiecide and the tiles from that are welcome for people to build up of but that's it as keeping simple and easy for people

Also it doesn't have to be 28mm as all scales welcome

please if you may add the Name of fig, Scale, Companyand whatCatagory in the subject part then please do so as it will make reference for people quicker to find something when searching

o.k so i took two simple studio mini's and decided to make 1 more damaged and another with a base-ball cap

painting will happen soon but more G-stuff to place on them first. But still before that i promised the missus i would finish my British rifles off

Also i would like to share these they are done by eureka miniatures, at 28mm (i think) and look pretty neat.

i chose the Europe region and was surprised at the price £2.25 seems fair for one fig but there are 6 and they are selected randomly against choice.
but they come with two versions (select before purchase tho) ones with helmets and ones without.
maybe a green stuffed back pack and tube and they could easily pass of as a hazmat team.
and could be used as back ups for the hastle free miniatures hazmats.

Here's the first of my anti zombie vehicals. It's a toyota hilux (surely if any car can survive the apocalypse it's the hilux! ) i wanted it to look like something found and not military so I've painted it up like a old construction companys truck that has been zombieproofed overnight. Dosnt show up in the pics but the back seat is loaded with supplies and i have more to go in the truck bed. Not going to arm this one as i want it to be a supplies truck. The 1970s wv beetle i have on order is going to be the guntruck of the two with big chunky tiers and a big machine gun.
The two survivers are just base coated atm and im trying to keep away from them looking too military. The zombie will be painted up like a mechanic.

the one on the right seem to have a big head, a stupid gun and leans that far forward it looked like he was tripping up they was freebies with my zombie's..
the one on the left am not sure whats going on with, i am thinking. victim on floor, half burnt zombie, or one that should be on fire flaming zombie ...
the bottom half looks like he is wearing a gillie suit??? any idea's any 1...

well he looks like he has a cattle gun so i would have him leaning over a zombie and sending the bolt into its skull . or remove his left foot from the tab and straighten out the leg to stop the lean ?

as for the zombie i thing it suposed to be flesh slothing of the bone so yeah burnt would work maybe paint him up then put black cotton wool coming off his back so he looks like he's walking round on fire.

q update of my own project and it seems you are right CURNOW it is some sort of non electric stun gun device were they shoot a stud or giant rivet into the animals skull
I may add a pneumatic device to it but at the mo i have swapped the legs from each fig, and replaced bobble head for a zombie one were i plan to make him human
