Love the base, the cloak and that sword is great !

The armor on the other hand is way to grainy !

I like his sword and cape, altho both could use a little bit more high lights. now to the armor... there is really no change across the whole model, its to plain and to grainy. way way to grainy, i would sugest you use an edge highlight, rewash it to try and get some of the grain off of it and then work in some more red and briten up your gold.

I'm going to try and redo the whole armor with a flat coat and some highlights rather than the drybrushing i did. Thanks

Not all that bad fella your sword is AWESOME,

The armor really needs more paint and less grain, it look really, REALLY rough, keep going and keep practising, the paintjob on the sword proves you are talented!

Watch the humidity... priming/spray painting in high humidity can give you that grainy texture. But yes, the sword looks nice and all of your reds look good too.

I primed him in the car garage, but it was raining outside so the humidity from the rain could have affected it

Did you drybrush directly on the undercoat black? Drybrushing works nice if you are doing GK but you have to do it right. I can see some brush strokes, especially on the rear vents. You had too much paint on the brush when you did those. Remember when drybrushing (or airbrushing) you can always add more but you can not take back the extra color without ruining the effect.

Got milk?

All I can say about painting is that VMC tastes much better than VMA... especially black...

PM me if you are interested in Commission work.

As others have said, a little grainy, but I love the dark look of everything. Great job on the sword.
