I bought 2 boxes of Wars of the roses infantry from perry minis and a box of european mercenaries. Is there any wargaming rules for them?

Lovely models, lots of rule sets out there depending on what kind of scale you want. Are you happy with what you have or do you want to move up to warhammer sized armies?

If you just want a bit of fun look for a few skirmish rule sets, current thread in discussions will point you towards this...

De Bellis Antiquitatis can be played with about 48 models a side.

The rules can be bought on Lulu.

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

Warlord Games has Pike and Shotte. I've never played it, though, so I don't know how good it is.

Pike and Shotte sounds like a mid 17th century rules rather than late mediaeval.

English Russia.

yeah, Pike and Shot is English civil war, about 100ish years after the wars of the roses.

There are a few out there, such as Poleaxe, by the Lance and Longbow society.

There's field of glory, they cover the medieval period but im not sure specifically the wars of the roses.

You could always try the free wargames rules website, usually something on there which are a lot better than the commercially available rules sets, and are well free!

Oh man, the first monster I see I'm going to sneak up behind him, whip out my wand, and shoot my magic all over his ass.

Discussed exhaustively here: http://theminiaturespage.com/boards/msg.mv?id=267360

Hail Caesar for quickest/easiest.

Terry Gore's Medieval Warfare, Peter Pig's Bloody Barons or Lance & Longbow Society's Poleaxed 2 for more period flavor.

Perfect Captain's Coat of Steel and Crown of Paper for the ueber period game/campaign experience. Warning: Not for beginners.

Just been reading the Osprey 'Ronin' rules, think they would probably convert pretty well to a skirmish-based WoTR era. You would probably perhaps need to add a rule for heavy plate armour, perhaps change a few of the weapon rules and it would probably fit quite well.

I'd like to second the suggestion of DBA. The base sizes can be used with almost any historical game, but the small armies allows you to start playing an awful lot faster than other rules. This gives you a chance to play while you're finishing off giant armies for the likes of Hail Ceasar.

I did a quick and dirty conversion for WotR from The Lord of the Rings rules by GW. Once you strip out the magic, they are ideal for the size of game you presently have figures for ;-)
