I would like to see it from some different angles but from what I can see this is an excellent 'counts as' conversion.
I'm guessing you used the eldar jetbike and went from there?

I like the paintjob and concept, but the use of that big Eldar bit in the front makes it just look like an Eldar jetbike with a Tau guy riding it.

I think it needs to be more of a rounded shape at the front. The spikes make it too obviously DE.
Other than that, it looks good.

Yeah, I don't think the dark eldar bike front really gels, but it's a clever idea and nicely painted.
