Looks like a Reaver Titan, really. Only shorter (and thus lighter). Might be a bit bigger than a Warhound. It's... bigger than the light-weight Warhound, smaller than the mid-weight Reaver.
Kinda like this:

ETA: And as it is produced by Dreamforge Games, rather than GW/ FW, I don't think you'll find any 40k-Approved rules for it.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised. |

It has no rules in 40k. It's a non- GW model made for an entirely different game. If you want to use it in 40k you'll have to make up your own rules for it, and you could use it to represent anything from a single guardsman to a Warlord titan.

THere's no 40k rules for it but you might want to start a threat in proposed rules and people can work out a fan-concensus rules.
It's smaller than a warhound, fluff-wise there are superheavy walkers that are smaller than titans called knights.
So something like 3 structure points, 2 void shields, some mega weapons like a Vulcan Mega Bolter for the gatling. It won't be hard.

I should have clarified. I do know it's a 3rd party model. But are there any titan rules that fit it? I.e. Warhounds with a CCW?

That would probably be the best way to run it. Warhound Titan with a TCCW.

Not legal. The Warhound can only take guns. The smallest titan with a CCW option is the Reaver.

Yeah, but nothing wrong with a house rule. Plus Warhounds do sometimes have TCCWs in the fluff.

There are multiple optional arms for the Dreamforge leviathan. You can run 2 ranged arms from several that can easily represent the options the Warhound needs. It's commonly suggested that it will be used as a counts as warhound.

Well its going to only be used in apocalypse games so talk it over with whoever you play apocalypse with. I would spend a lot of time fretting over the rules just decide what you are going to use to proxy for.

So I've decided to use the warhound rules but take off a gun, add a CCW and up his ws to 4.
