We'll find out soon enough eh.

I've seen quite a few people advocate Halfords spray primers as a good alternative to GW spray cans, but their website is confusing as all hell. Is there any chance someone who's bought them before could point me to the link/exact names/product codes for the appropriate type of black, white, and grey primers please? I don't want to order the wrong one and end up melting my miniatures.

I need to acquire plastic Skavenslaves, can you help?

Plasticoat does a good job and I have used halfords own plastic grey primer in the past (used for plastic bumpers and fibreglass)

I use the gray primer and the black spray on all my stuff. Works wonderfully and sticks to every thing (even makes a good base coat for nail polish). Link to the spray its self http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_158666_langId_-1_categoryId_165495#tab2
Here are afew of my gray knights.
Spoiler:

All they are is the gray primer, abit of bronze abit of red, abit of bule. black wash with a hairspray finish. Every one thinks I have spent hours on each one when in truth it was more like an hour for the squad

I agree, this is the one I use. Covers really well, not too thick, I use it on plastic, resin and white metal. Its great stuff! They swear by it in the scale modellers magazines too.

Thanks guys; Ribon Fox, any chance you have the product code/link for the black one? I managed to find the grey and white primers, but there doesn't seem to be a basic black one on their site just several dozen different types of car-specific variations of black.

I need all of them so I can do a three-tone pre-highlight.

EDIT: Aha, is it this one?

Looks like that's matt black rather than a primer, but should do the job?

Aye, I rang my local store earlier and they say they don't do a black primer at all, which is a pain. Anyone recommend another brand of primers that have a decent quality to cost ratio?

The black spray that is popular from halfords is not a real primer, kind of like the chaos black spray from citadel is not a real primer. Just matt black paint.
Does just fine though, I've used it myself from time to time, Would put army painter primer above it but Halfords do it cheaper and conviniently at the local shop.
