I plan on using this Army is a upcoming local tournament at in my hood and need some C&C

Some Tomb World in some galaxy by that one thing in that one place (or Minnesota for nosy people)

I wouldn't mix and match all of the weapons on your weaps it really decreases the overall effectiveness and damage that your squad can out out and makes them rather inefficient I would stick to one type of weapon per vet squad. Also I notices that you have 5 heavy support choices so I am assuming that they are in squadrons. Which vehicles Are in squadrons? I would reccomend running the artillery and the vanilla lrbts in squads and let the vanquisher play by itself and do its thing

Change your vets to (2) 3x Melta in Chimera and 2 (3x) Plasma

Get rid of the "grenadiers" as the Chimera does wonders to protect your men, if you are disembarking them then do so into cover.

Unless your going against Tau, the 4+ armor doesn't do much when you can just hug cover IMO. If your know your fighting Tau I can see where Grenadiers would come in handy at some points.

Change your Russes to "Heavy" Variants rather than "Ordnance". For example, Exterminators, Eradicators, etc and put sponsons on them.

You have 4x Heavy Support, unless you add another HQ for Double Force Org then its an illegal list.

If you don't want to do Double Force Org chart then put 3 Exterminators with HB or Melta Sponsons in one squadron.

I would switch out the medusa for a Griffon or another bassy personally. But the manticore is more my style.

Your vet squads have 4 special weapons in each, I think they can only have 3? I might be completely wrong here.
I never found the vanquisher that useful, a few lascannons on the front of your russ' are just as effictive, and the vanquisher is useless if there aren't any vehicles left

I think your right, one special weapon to much, might be faq, but I don't think so
