Welcome to my Hobby Blog. I am using this space to serve as a motivational way to continue my modeling hobby. I will hope to update this every day letting everyone know what I have accomplished, even if I don't do anything. I might start this by updating at least once every week. I play several different games which include Warhammer Fantasy, Warhammer 40k and Dystopian Wars. I collect High Elves, Dark Elves, Dwarves, and Bretonians for Fantasy. For 40k I have Imperial guard and for Dystopian wars I have the Russian Collation. I will be posting pictures of in-progress works and things that I have finished. I do not think I am a very good painter however several people have told me I am very good. Please let me know of any tips that you have and any positive AND constructive comments you have for me, I would greatly appreciate it.

In response to Ironhandstraken I have approximately 2000 points, which include: 4 units of Guardsmen (each with 3 of all option types), 3 Heavy Weapons Teams, 1 Command Group, 3 Sentinels, 1 Leman Russ, and 2 Basilisks.

My recent modeling has been a little slow due to some other projects that are currently going on. I have however finally finished the Britannia Frigates completely. I have started on the Cruisers and should be finished with those by the end of the week if I have enough time. I do have my own Fleet, the Russian Coalition, however I do not know of a good color scheme. If anyone has any thoughts that would be greatly appreciated. I would also ask that those of you that see my blog would please go and rate my pictures, this way i get a feel for how well of a painter I am.

My next project will be my Blood Bowl team and some homemade display cases which I think will turn out very very nicely. I hope that the team will be as much fun to paint as the rest of the models.

Due to some sparks of inspiration I have made a small display that I will be using for individual models. So far I think it is coming along very well and I shall be adding more to it.

The Britannia Cruisers are almost complete and all that is left is the white trim. The only thing that is left is the battleship which shall be very interesting and fun to paint. My blood bowl team will be next and I might make a dungeon bowl display for those. I am very excited to finish some of these projects that I have started.

It has been a very long time since my last update. Mostly due to going off to college. While there I have done little modeling but I have kept up with some of the other hobbies that I have. I have recently dug out some of the models that I wish to work on before I go back to school for the second semester. Along with these models that I will be working on I have been playing a bit of Skyrim and have really been enjoying that, getting my fantasy inspiration back. After playing for several hours I took upon myself to attempt to make a steel helmet. If anyone would like to see that please let me know and I will post some pictures. I have also been working on a chain mail shirt which is coming along slowly.
Well I hope you enjoy the pictures.
