Interesting scheme. Maybe thin your paints, but the models look good.

I dont want a normal grey scheme, i want something a little more original. But what i want and what i can do are two completely different things. And that was with 50/50 paint water. no washes.
Id like to do them like this http://www.glaven.net/2012/05/26/my-thokt-necrons/
http://www.glaven.net/category/necrons/
but as i said, i dont have much skill in painting.

If you're looking to transfer that onto warrriors, I'd maybe consider going for blue fluorescent roads (plastruct sell these; the name escapes me but a quick browse through their catalogue would find it. My last HDD blew up so I can't tell you the diameter required either).
I'm not sure how I feel about the limbs being coloured the way they are if you want that colour scheme; the faces I like and the shoulder pads done too, but then I feel like there's too much white on them compared to the original.
But that's just me.
Oh, and having the faces all be a different stripe would actually look good to me (although you were just trying out how much you wanted covered); it'd be more tactically sound to have a variety of different stripes to give an illusion of depth of numbers at a distance.

The Thokt scheme by Soul of Iron is so good, I based my scheme on his! I highly recommend it. The tutorial should help if you're a little new to painting.

They look good dude, I think the black on the arms could with some depth. The rest of the body looks nicely detailed but the top of the arms needs a little something. Love the faces, the stripe has a real menacing look to it.
Keep up the good work dude. Looking forward to seeing the finished article.
