I've been thinking about making video tutorials for a little while but not sure if anyone would actually care enough to make it worth my while, so if I made a tutorial for Plaguedrones (not the argue beaters since there's tonnes for them) would anyone be interested for this model:

Also any non-tripod ideas for positioning a camera?

It is a pretty nice plague drone. I would say you should do a tutorial and see how it goes. If people like it why not make more?

As for the tripod without the tripod. I just use books and add or remove enough to get the right height.

Buy a cheap gorilla pod somewhere, use books and use a circular rotating tripod head. Trust me, $20-50 in that will save a lot of time and make sure you have even light on the mini or techniques, too many washed out tutes around.
