I quite like it. My favorite part is the red and the highlights.

I think it is missing something... maybe some decals or maybe pick out a couple gems to give it a bit more, or maybe add some color or something to the base.

Either way I like it a lot and would cool to have an army painted up this way.

I quite like it, I do agree it's missing something (at first I thought it was gems but there are some when I looked at the big image, dark but very well done!)

Maybe some sort of freehand on the helmet? Or even some bordering at the bottom of the sashes in a contrasting colour.

I think this is very well done. But i think a lot of the comments in this thread could easily be adressed by painting the tabbards white instead of the pinkish red they are now. Still better then what i can do though, so kudos!
