Hi guys. I have recently started doing painting commissions and hope to get it set up as my main line of work, leading to having my own little store at the local cyber cafe with a GW account ect.

I cannot put my commissions into the showcase thread as most of them are part model commissions. I do a lot of base coating for people or models that the customer wants to base ect.

So I figured this would be the best place to start. Hope the pictures are ok for you. I will have a studio set up in a few months so I will have a proper photo section all lit up. But until then its good old on the desk photos.

Anyway here are some ultra marines I have been doing. These are now finished as far as my part goes with them.

A forgeworld dreadnought. The little nid will be painted by the customer as will the base be finished.

The first 6 of 12 scouts I have for him. This is a quick gaming standard paint job. He just wanted them fit to put on the board and was not prepared to pay for display standard models if you like. This is fine with me as I am good at churning out entire gaming standard armies quickly.

Lastly for now a landspeeder. Again just a simple colour set. I am quite impressed with it though

Ow don't worry about the Penguin hes like a mascot

Hope you like them. all. I will note I did not build these models I was just handed them to paint. Mould lines that are left were by his choice :( This does make me sad but I did not have the time to remove them for free.

Looking good. I like the deep blues.

I have not been the person I was since I stopped being him.

Nice work. I like the structure of the dreadnought base, lots of detail in there.

I also like the "dirty" effect on the speeder. Things don't stay clean for long in combat!

Good luck on your venture.
