This is my newly made Khorne lord on a juggernaut. I felt like having a bit of a change from tzeench this and tzeench that.
Also for the sake of being random i added in some pictures before he was painted and some random unfinished knights so dont hate

Looks good, needs a black wash. One question, if he's WHF (square base, along with the WHF knights), why does he have a power fist?

I would suggest a coat of Matte Varnish, he is WHOA shiny.

Are you using glossy spray paint? I would hold the can further away when base coating and use flat's not gloss.

I did not use any gloss paints but i might have gone a bit overboard on washes and glaze. :S

If you shake the wash really good befor you use them, you will not get the shiny effect.
