The blue armour and bone knife look fantastic, really well executed but the face seems off to me, I cant quite put my finger on what it is that sets it apart from the model but it doesnt look like it "belongs" with the rest. I would also of differentiated in colour from shoulder pads and cape, they blend a little too well atm.

I see what you're saying with the shoulders and cloak. I may go back and do those. Paint the pauldrons blue but then go around the edges in brown perhaps?

Always liked that model. Looks rather nice, though personally I wouldn't have removed the blades on the head. It makes the model look a bit too unbalanced now.

To each their own. But I don't see how the helmet blades being removed makes it unbalanced. Never been much of a fan of mega head dress minis
