Hi everyone,

I was wondering whether or not to buy the new Lizardmen Troglodon, when I realised that I'd have absolutely no idea how to paint it. If anyone's seen the pictures in white dwarf, the sort of ghostly green and white skin, how would you go about painting it?
Thanks
SS

Do a standard cold white paint job, but use a very thinned-out green for the overall wash. Build up layers of the green color where it's more prominent.

Or just don't paint it the same way; there's no rule saying you must use GW colors for your army.

That's a good suggestion about thinning the green wash. Thank you. And yes, I know that you don't have to do it like the version in white dwarf, I just think it's a really cool paint job.

Can't argue with you there, it is pretty neat!

If it's a cave dweller, white makes sense (the sail does not, however... )

Yeah I guess so. I thought it was just a dinosaur really, I didn't think about the reality of its paint job

I'd echo the above basically.

For the Lion and Terra!

Because nothing in the galaxy is black and white, Mankind views the Space Marines as a last resort. The last line. When all else fails. They take up the burden. The noble defenders of Mankind. The last hope.

With finecast you can bypass the washing stage and throw them straight into the bin.

Or cut out the middleman and just flush some money down the toilet.
