I'm struggling to come up with ideas for how I should base my new tau models, what do you think would work best with this scheme?

Any pictures and links would be really helpful

Thanks

I think that a urban city base would look really nice as Tau actually wear colors only based on their environment. The orange is the color of the planet

Yup, the Sa'cea in this photo use an urban camoflauge - I'd do an urban base to match that

Micro Art makes a Tau Ceti line of resin bases:

Also Secret Weapon Miniatures, under the same name (they were first):

For a while I was hoping that some manufacturer did translucent modern bases, but noone did.

Urban city or frozen wasteland would fit that color quite well.

@Feasible & General Annoyance - I had a feeling they used camo to match the worlds they were fighting on but I wasn't sure, thanks for the suggestions and info.

@Kroothawk - Those bases are lovely but I don't think I could afford to pay for more bases to go along with the army. Thanks though

Anyone have any tutorials or suggestions on how I can make Urban bases myself?

Thanks
