Only thing I think is wrong is the Runes of Warding on both guys, as I don't think you need them.

Remember fortune lets you reroll DTW rolls, so out of the gate your deny'ing 55% of the time vs another lvl 3 and 75% of the time vs lvl 2- Those are pretty good odds.

Singing spears are less effective on these units IMHO. They are better for the warlock going to a jetbike. You don't care of these guys/glas get close, so your generally going to want to assault, and witchblades will cut open anything a spear can.

The shard is good, but I'm not totally sold on it. Let me know how it works out for you.

I woudl suggest looking for a way to get another serpent in there. Drop the ravager + stuff for another serpent. 4 is much stronger than 3.
