Recently started playing my Imperial fists, have been on the shelf since probably 3rd ed. I don't have a thunderfire cannon, and since there so good I thought I would take some spare tau and imperial guard parts and put one together. Im a bit nervous it looks crappy, because if an ork conversion comes out not quite right, you can just chalk it up to orks being orks. Space marine stuff is very clean and symmetrical. Hopefully you approve. Just have to sand away the greenstuff when it dries to be cleaner and paint. Oh and get a techmarine model I like. A lot of the ones they make are nice looking, so ill spulrge for one.

warhammer 40k mmo. If I can drive an ork trukk into the back of a space marine dread and explode in a fireball of epic, I can die happy!

Ooo the bits you used are clever.

i didn't even think about using my tau heavy B

You can get better looking stabilizer off a ADL kit IIRC

don't have that kit, but thanks! I was going to use something, but it propped them up too high.

Im going to say that is spot on man. Very nicely thought through and constructed. Any of the off angles from th front will disappear when its painted and based. If you give it a nice 60mm base(just for decoration) it going to make a great center piece for the army.

I might have to borrow this idea actually.

Thanks for the feedback. Feel free to copy as much as you want. Thought about making it for my orks originally, but my ork army and conversions are already numerous.

Some minor changes. I changed the firing supports with a leftover vendetta foot, put it on a base for scenery later, and left enough space to sit the techmarine on top. Last picture is just for size reference.
