I have just recently started a BT/IG army after quite a long break from the game so here is my first painted model since my return to the game. Mind you he is WIP and some detail is missing. Sorry for the cellphone pic, I failed to bring my cameras with me when I moved away for college.

It looks good from this angle except for 2 things: Firstly, the gravel looks too monotone, it needs shading and highlights. Secondly, the white on the helmet looks too chalky. I wish I could tell you what to do to fix it, but I'd just be guessing.

Try applying the white in several thin coats, you'll get a much smoother finish, other than that its pretty good especially as you haven't painted anything in a while.

My approach to white would be to apply codex grey, then fortress grey, then highlight white...in this case you should do what you can to strip the helmet if that's all all possible, the paint is quite thick looking and you will lose detail if you don't strip it
