[img]I have never been real big on the 40k side of games workshop, I am a WHFB fanboy through and through and I am currently bored waiting for the new Dwarf army book to drop (come on death roller monstrous cavalry). So whilst searching through my bits box I found some small models that I thought were cool, they were Necron scarabs this made me visit l the book shelf remembering that I had the latest codex. After an hour or so reading the codex browsing the GW website I had a new project (happy face).

Later that day I had fished out 6 scarab bases, 24 warriors and an annihilation barge. The warriors had been ruined by a bad can of army painter spray so they went back in the box leaving me the barge and scarabs.

Now I had something to paint all I needed was a colour scheme.. Two weeks later I had it (relieved face)

Happy with the scheme and the choice of models off I went to my local GW and came home with a whole bunch of goodies.

1 Ghost Ark
20 Warriors
11 Scarab bases
2 Night scythes
5 Deathmarks
1 Destroyer Lord

I plan on posting the pics of each unit when they are complete as a way to keep me on track.

Peace......

Great scheme, really nice Maybe some sort of glow from the orange would make it pop.

They are well done but I think some shading would really help.
