I've recently started wargaming and enjoy the process of converting miniatures and the unique bond it creates. I've recently modified some masters of the chapter 40k marines using sanguinary guard bits but everything seems too large. Has GW changed their scale? any advice on how to make the model look less ridiculous would help. ty

The old metal molds were smaller as more detail is held. also finecast resins shrink during the molding process. so yes, the plasics will be sillily large in comparison, but tbh, that is the charm of the genre.

EDIT: oh yeah and that is a space marine. Size matters.
