Hey guys, I'm about to buy on of those Chaos Lords on Manticore since there is a shortage of chaos chimeras here and the manticore is the exact size i need for a chimera I'll use it as such, and magnetize the rider so that I can use it as a chaos lord as well (even thou it's pretty terrible rulewise). However Looking at the sprue at GW site I think both a complete chaos lord (torso/legs/arms) and complete sorcerer come in the sprue? Is this true do we get an extra lord with the kit? If so... will it fit a 40k SM bike?

I've been thinking on adding a Chaos Lord on Bike for my 40k army that stands out of the rest of my bikers, certainly a barbarian with a cowl a long cape and a huge scythe will achieve what I'm looking for, however I'm not sure if the pieces fit as easily as I hope.

So... I bought the model and made me a chaos lord on bike, if anyone got any doubts on the size or anything, the lord was kinda hard to fit on the bike... the cape is way to low so i had to pretty much remove the whole back part of the bike. Glued by the cape the chaos lord wasn't really "resting" at the bike seat, so i had to put some greenstuff and bits to make him a new seat that would hide his levitating ass. Also the legs are largely spread since it is intended to be riding a huge monster instead of a comfortable seat... someone more experienced might be able to bend the legs... I had to fill the feet rest with stuff so that it would look more bulky. Lastly the bike grips are to far away from the lord's hand, so i had to cut them off and put some chaos spawn bits instead trying to close the gap between the sorcerer's hand and the handle.

Here are a few pics if someone ever want to try it.
