The models in question are inspired by storm of magic
Maiden Guard, a High Elf unit from a few Editions ago, bodyguards for the Everqueen. You can find them on eBay reasonably often (they're popular but expensive).
I shudder to think how much that army would cost. But it looks amazing!!
