I'll see you there! I'll be honest - I don't want to try and deal with that list! I'll be taking 3 Dreadknights and a Riptide, and all that AP2 (or is it 1?) will probably mess with me.
You may run into problems if you have to fight someone who can shoot your Serpents up immediately, or who have a bunch of good flyers, but you'll be able to win more than you lose I think. Also, beware 'Nids. Kill their Tervigons right away or risk being overrun.
Good luck!
Thats no moon, thats a... no, wait... thats a moon.

Don't forget the instant death I saw your list play, good stuff! Also ap2
Yeah definitely a couple hard counters in there
I can see you having a bad day with my list based on your other reports (But I am anomaly. Hope to see you there! I will be in a strength 10 shirt and all)

I like the list. Is going to require a lot of skill and care to play with. Good luck.
Agreed! This list is not forgiving if miss played. Will keep you informed!
So many people would rather take a standard WK over the Suncannon upgrade, but in every game I have played with mine, that Suncannon has made its points back in spades.
Good luck this weekend, looking forward to reading the after action report!

Cool. I'll be wearing a white "Let the Wookie Win" t-shirt on Saturday. Come say hi if you feel like it, I'll try to do the same!

Alright for those of you who said i would do poorly bets are off, you lost.
I would have to say i did somewhere between ok and good. This was my first GT, and it was a different environment then I was used to.
I will upload the photos later/lists
Day one I went 3-1.
Game one was Necrons on kill points. Win
Game two was Eldar with a small tau detachment. Loss (I just made simple mistakes)
Game three was against Tau - I lost 1 knight to 11 fire warriors, still won that game with little sweat.
Game four was against guard with a dark angel detachment. I trotted my way through two forty man power blobs - was a good game, enjoy this opponent the most.
Because of a good day one I made 3rd bracket for day 2.
Day 2
Game one against a pure Eldar. He concedes turn 2 ( my turn one destroyed a prism, and 2 wave serpents. His turn 1 saw 1 HP to one serpent.)
Game two against a Chaos space marine and Deamon list. I rolled kinda bad, he played well. Game was enjoyable really got beaten up on objectives. 65 plague zombies and 20 plague bearers will deny all the objectives. Highlight of the game, Wraith knight grabs a hell turkey out of the sky.
Game three against Pure Eldar
This game was close and enjoyable, but overall was not in the mood to play any more war hammer. I got seized on, lost two transports and fought my uphill foot battle. My single wraith knight kills 2 wraith knights (hooray invisibility). At the end of game on turn 5 I am winning on objectives, but it continue so I concede. 5 wraith can't take a punishment of an entire contesting army.
Overall - 4 wins 3 losses. 6th in my bracket. Which means 22nd out of the 120 playing. Pretty close to the top 20. Not bad for an army I only played 6~ times before going.
Fun trends I noticed at the tournament:
People who brought more than 2 rip tides or wraith knights did poorly and ended up in lower brackets. Space marine centurions did much work.
There were many flying demons. Happy I did so well with no AA. For me ignoring fliers worked out well.
That's all she wrote. I will post pictures and things to my Eldar plog.

Can't remember if I voted for Do good or Tough time, either way, well done and a strong showing.
Its amazing how much Wraithknights really beat up on Tau.
Which WriathKnight loadout would you say performed the best for you?
Interesting how you said more than two Riptides or Wriathknights did poorly, were Grav Centurions/Grav Bikers a balancing factor or has the Meta just adjusted and gotten used to seeing them on the table?

There were not many Centurions... and not many bikes like 1-2 armies. Majoirty was Tau Dar for sure.
Honestly.. both variants helped me a lot!
For small targets/squads the plasma cannon was a must
and for creatures/tanks the bare bones one was a must.. having both is a good way to be balanced.
Although I must say that 5+ invuln matters a bunch.
I have a feeling the people who went to heavy didn't have enough for objectives to win. (I never fought a list with more than two)
I betting on meta seeing them a lot, easily stopped/expected.
Thanks for the comment! will get some pictures soon. I promise.

Great Job Panda. I actually saw your army. I almost went 3-1 day one, but tie breakers pushed my to bracket 4 (with two screamerstar lists.....) I was on the table behind you at one point I guess.

Gravity one's were killing things left and right. At least my buddies. As a dead dar player they are target priority.

Yeah Bastion man right? Was nice meeting fellow dakka dakka's. You have to be to fight John.
Yea, I think I was the only one with a Bastion at the whole tournament. I might have converted some people. Whoops just noticed I said salmost, when I meant also. I almost went 4-0 but those pesky Necrons edged me out in a fantastic game.
