Nice job, but a little too bright green for Raptors in my opinion. I like a more olive drab color, but nice work nonetheless!

Fair enough, perhaps "bright" was the wrong term to describe the color. What is the name of the color you used? To me, it looks to be something like olive green (which is a more saturated green) whereas I prefer olive drab (which is a more muted grey-green).

As for better ideas... That's your opinion, I'm happy with the green I have, it looks bright in these pics but once it's matted it will look fine. If you have crit on my painting that's welcome but please don't tell me your green is better than mine, it's a choice I have made
If however you have crit on how I've executed the painting I'm open to it
Automatically Appended Next Post: Scooty - ill get the model air codes I'm using so I can get a comparison, I do like the olive drab colour but in sunny north wales it's difficult to get hold of model air so I'm using the greens I have (I ordered a bucket load of greens but they never look like they do on the net...)
