White is pretty hard, but I found a good guide that makes it 4x as fast. And I would never get as clean a result as this without 100 thin layers. What do you think.

p.s. the pics are taken pretty close, so every little inperfection is easy to spot, but from a few inches away looks much better.

This should be in Painting and Modeling showcase I believe.

Resin Printer (minaitures) is a 4K printer with one of the largest build volumes available for a resin printer (192mm x 120mm x 245mm) with an amazing .01mm resolution! This professional printer is one of the best resin printers on the market!

FDM Printer (terrain) also has one of the largest build volumes available for an FDM printer (400mm x 400mm x 450mm) and has an amazing ,05mm build accuracy.

Perhaps I am misunderstanding them then. I thought this forum was kind of for beginners, and the showcase was more super nice stuff maybe with how to's and blogs.

Yep. Bit of a misunderstanding, there. The Showcase forum is for finished models, P&M is for works in progress, questions, general info, etc. Tutorials and blogs have their own respective sections (although sometimes content drifts over - even so, the original post adheres to that forum's rules or it gets moved).

Quality is incidental - there just happen to be a lot of great painters on Dakka that post their work over there (many of them are just as, if not more, active on the P&M/Blog boards) - even a total neophyte with understandably crude results is welcome to post there. That's the board's entire intent - to show off finished products and get feedback.

The Dreadnote wrote:But the Emperor already has a shrine, in the form of your local Games Workshop. You honour him by sacrificing your money to the plastic effigies of his warriors. In time, your devotion will be rewarded with the gift of having even more effigies to worship.

Awesome work - I always applaud people who have the nerve to paint White Scars, let alone doing it as good as you have.

Do you have any White Scar infantry we could see?
