Solid effort on such a large model. If I were you, I would go back over the glowing blue parts with an even brighter blue. Especially concentrated in the middle of the glowing parts. The paint job still looks good though, a little more attention and details on the base may go a long way too.

Very clean and well done, however I have to point out that the OSL is a bit off, the front to me seems like an intake and I wouldn't think of it having a glow, however if it did, your lighting is just slightly off, the hard edge around the vent is going to create a shadow and force the light outward (away from the vent) rather than allow it to bleed back onto the top and sides of the backpack. Same with the "Exhaust" in the rear, more like the sides of the Ion Cannon actually.

"You are like a son and together we have all but conquered the galaxy. Now the time has come for me to retire to Terra. My work as a soldier is done and now passes to you for I have great tasks to perform in my earthly sanctum. I name you Warmaster and from this day forth all of my armies and generals shall take orders from you as if the words came from mine own mouth. But words of caution I have for you for your brother Primarchs are strong of will, of thought and of action.

Not bad dude water down your paints slightly more, your lines will improve the more you do them. Also what others have mentioned above give the glow effect a little more flare highlight them one more time.

The colors are solid, and well contained, none of them bleed into one another or anything like that. But when you are applying a single color to a large surface it will actually exaggerate any imperfections on the surface itself. This makes your mold lines look very stark and apparent. I would suggest that it's worth going back and removing those lines and re-painting that area afterwords.

I know from experience that this model takes time and alot of patience. I painted and magnetized three of them.
