I did some slight conversion work on them to match my Rhulic Mercenary force . I did a little putty work on the 1/35th scale British WWII helmets and added a officers cap to the leader .

That is what I was going for a Gorilla skin tone . Thats what I saw when I first looked at them .

I'm loving the skin tone (I hope to achieve something like that on my own when the time comes). But I'm loving the tin hats and (especially) the officer's cap even more.
