So this is the Farseer for my custom eldar craftworld. I only played for almost a year and a half and I am still trying to get the hang of highlighting and the more advanced technique.

I think that your paint scheme is good and overall it looks good!
I like the colour transition on the sword, only thing I would change is the face/helmet. Where the black is I would try and make the lines a bit more crisp but other than that good job!
