I just had to do a chargeback with visa because I never received my order. Their communication is terrible, took 5 tries and two months just to get a response and all I got was a vague "we'll look into it and find a solution". I gave them time and no solution was ever found, they never even contacted me again. I placed my order in september, it's now almost december. I'd avoid bits and kits like the plague at this point.
