I'd open up a dispute with PayPal right away stating exactly what the part was and the price you want refunded. Frankly I am surprised that your package turned up at all. I wouldn't expect any response from them at all. It is one of the shadiest stores I have ever dealt with.

I just had to do a chargeback with visa because I never received my order. Their communication is terrible, took 5 tries and two months just to get a response and all I got was a vague "we'll look into it and find a solution". I gave them time and no solution was ever found, they never even contacted me again. I placed my order in september, it's now almost december. I'd avoid bits and kits like the plague at this point.

This was the e-mail I received my one and only response from: bitsandkitssales@gmail.com the name of the individual was mark howard, not sure if he's an employee or the owner.
