I've found that a combo of WHF and SM parts work nicely to mod an interesting looking inquisitor - more inquisitorial than SM'y.
I'd personally grab a pair of WHF chaos warrior legs and work with that as a base.
Also - most inquisitors don't wear a helmet as far as I can see... once again there are some nice heads available in WHFB and some nice new ones in the SW and BA sprues.
