This is a conversion I did for my Vampire Counts 40k army. Took a Storm Lord and a Coven Throne, turned on some Barry White, and this is what happened.

Vulcan cannons mulch Space Marines.

Sponsons have Lascannons, Heavy Flamers, and Ghosts.

Conveniently the ghost cavalry keep the lascannon from falling out.

From here the Vampire can get a wonderful view of all the carnage this machine inflicts.

I agree. I think with some shading and blending the blue, ghostly tones into the block colors of the tank, you may be able to produce a more believable look.

I really like the concept, and I think you've made the conversions look pretty good. But for me, the paint job on the tank itself is a bit of a let down for the model as a whole. Its not bad, just doesn't quite fit.
