your paint job is pretty spot on but your bases are really outstanding! How did you make the moss?

Thanks, the moss is just turf, allowed to freely apply to glue i set in specific areas. I use three different types/colors

So my own trolls have been having a hard time getting their reinforcements up and running (meaning painted) due to another kriel asking me to commission them a mountain king. So here is the current progress of my labor. This big guy seems to deal with Menoth a decent bit and has made use of some of their flags and robes.

As always comments are welcome

Finished my first unit finally. The krielstone and bearers are here to make sure the rest of my army has a little protection. Changed the leather garbs, from leather color, to a darker leather color, which i feel helps contrast the entire scheme.

Of course comments and criticism is perfectly welcome!

And my next project is

I feel he will be the most useful Solo to finish for my army!

So I want everyone to meet Orgluk Kegslayer, Son to the infamous Warlock. When he realized at a young age he did not possess the Warlock gene he thought he would never be able to make a name for himself in the shadow of his father. Yet during a battle in the north, Borka had to call upon the might voices of the Sons of Bragg and it was when Orgluk saw their prowess in battle and their booming voice did he know what he was destined for. Training himself day and night, and following along with his father, Orgluk found himself able to inspire the Fennblades and Other warriors to fight better, move more swiftly, and get back up when knocked down.

Orgluk learned he didn't need to stand out, but just stand up beside his trollkin and defend Kith and Kriel. Walking beside his father and the other heroes of the united kriel, Orgluk would use his voice and his blade to fight back!

So when i got home tonight i decided i would try and get a decent more done on Orgluk since i am really excited about how he is turning out and i want to get him into the glass case, and a special home in the foam bag (Only finished models get spots in my bags).

I was able to get a decent bit done on the armor, start the leather, finish the face and skin, get the tartan painted up before i add purple line work. Let me know what you think as i want Orgluk to look as cool as his story makes him sound.

Your paintwork is very crisp and the blues look great. Well done!

No wargames these days, more DM/Painting.

I paint things occasionally. Some things you may even like!

Dear god man i dont know whats better, the paintjob or the bases. Basing is actually what i like doing more than the model itself (i know, weird huh?) and what i do is nothing compared to that in realistic, ruined/rocky looks lol.

An ork with an idea tends to end with a bang.

Thanks Everybody, I am sorry i have been in ghost mode lately with looking for a career job, and working my current job. That and the natural flow of life has made it hard to finish the amount of painting i would like to complete. Yet i must move forward and here is the progress on my trollkin champions. I have also been working on a unit of whelps, I will post them all soon!

Don't give up on my P&M i promise ill post more lol

Also i thought the plaid was being done too much so i wanted something a little different
