Hm... Vostoyans are pretty flashy when it comes to vehicles. Lots of brass, copper, polished metal. This usually goes well with some flat color like grey or grey-blue or something. Once your whole army shines with bling, adding camo to the baneblade doesn't make it exactly sneaky, you know?

Kind of a cool thread, the stuff you're looking for is about 4/5 down the 1st page. http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/227486.page?select=-1

Looks about right, keep it up! Maybe a little bit more brass or something.

Here's a couple of pictures of my Vostroyan tanks I've painted thus far, I hope they'll give you some inspiration on how to continue to paint your tanks and vehicles up. If you'd like to know how I achieved any of the effects, please let me know and I'll add in a brief explanation.

Hope these images help you Your first chimera is looking good so far!
Keep up the good work sir.

You don't know me son, so I'll explain this to you once: If I ever kill you, you'll be awake, you'll be facing me, and you'll be armed. |
