'Ello ello,

I recently came into some biker sprues on the cheap, and decided to try something I hadn't seen before instead of throwing in my yet to be painted regular SM Dex army.

grey Knight Bikers, blasphemous, I know. And a Speeder. I must be a heretic. But I felt that they dont fall too far out of the rapid strike ethos of GK. Mayhaps they need to scout out a daemon world or some such.

I run this as an Allied SM detachment to my GK army, with White Scars tactics. For several reasons. The Jink bonus felt spiritually close to the Shrouded rule we used to get in the DH dex. And the Hammer of Wrath bonus was very evocative of Hammerhand. And I like Hit&Run. Sue me. The Psilencers are used in place of Grav guns, I needed a boost vs MCs and I wanted to use the Psilencers for looks and they dont fit well into the other specials options SM get. Dont worry, there are no psilencers in the Gk detachment, I didn't want confusion. The speeder hull weapon is magnetized so i can swap out or add options.
On to the pics!

There is a word for a wargamer with an empty paint bench.

Dead.

Psilencers look awesome. I have never actually seen them because they are so terrible. Good to see them get some use.

They look good and you have good justification and a plan on how to make them work. Good call man.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.
