I recently scrapped my old Tyranid scheme which was Hive Fleet Kraken. This is my new scheme which I decided to test on a Tervigon. This is my first attempt at feathering and I think it was a bit of a fail but I have plenty more nids to practice on! I may also switch to an airbrush later down the track but I can't seem to grasp that whole thing for now.

looking very nice.
The feathering is good!

I also like the scheme, it is very subtle and draws attention to the model and not as much to the paint job. Which is great!

"Whilst we stand, we fight. Whilst we fight, we prevail. Nothing shall stay our wrath"
Guilliman and the Ultramarines are like Manchester United, everyone hates them because they are so awesome!

It's very junglenids, which I'm a fan of. I don't know why but I've always really liked jungle looking themes on them. Maybe it's because the thought of a Genestealer leaping out of some underbrush to rip a guy to shreds is really brutal and awesome.

Would love to see more of them once you get the whole hive worked on, man!

Thanks for the kind words guys. I'll get a close up of the head next time there's some sun shine along with the Biovore I finished.
For now here's these 2.
