While digging around for the "How to paint citadel miniatures" guide, I found the first model I ever painted. I made it back in 2012, under the help of a GW employee. I think it turned out alright, better than my current Nids are. Only adjustment I had to make was put some base on it.

Not bad so far. What Chapter are you going with? It kinda looks like Crimson Fists, but thats only because I love Crimson Fists and picture all space marines as them . The only thing I would recommend is to keep the Textured paint off the edge of the base. It will give it a cleaner look when its all done.

I'm actually not going Marines, at GW they gave me a figure to test my painting out on, and it happened to be a space marine. Its a basic ultramarine, based off the ones they had on display.
