I recently began airbrushing and I have used several products but nothing I have used compares to Liquitex. The product used here is Liquitex acrylic ink to base coat my space marines from the Black Reach set I purchased. Just for everyone's information Liquitex invented the acrylic paint so I think they have a pretty good idea of what they are doing. This product gave a nice matte coat but if you over spray it gets pretty glossy. It does not have to be thinned and you can spray for ages and never get tip dry. pic below
