The project in question is an Ork Looted wagon, I loved the fluff that they simply steal another armies' tank or such and then give it an Orkish makeover! I am not delighted with the rusting effect, i think i got a bit carried away, and i didn't have any rusty pigment, but overall it isn't too bad.

Man, that looks great! And maybe you could use it as a big trakk with a Supa Cannon, since it's got about the same armor, a big gun, and has the same spot in the FoC (and you can even find the rules for it on forgeworld even!), but that might just be me.
