My Warboss warbiker.
My first showcase here. Just got into 40k and modeling/painting this past November
Wanna finish up with a little charring on the jet engine and the trim on the base

Great job, but I can't help but notice his right hand. Is it modelled to be off the handle, or is this just a mistake? I love the paint scheme by the way, looks amazing

1. Go to FLGS on a 40K game night.
2. Announce to no one in particular "I have over 10,000 points of Space Marines".
3. Sit back and watch as some 30-ish Neckbeard who still lives with his parents not only disputes your claim, but goes on to describe his 30,000 points of Blood Angels and how he has been playing since Rogue Trader days... And yet you will have never seen him either play 40K or that army.
4. From here, you have several options. Continue the conversation, or just end it. Either way, I guarantee you will waste 1+ hour of your life talking to this guy. Have fun!

I tried to do my best to put his hand on the handle bar but it would put him in an awkward pose

Working with resin is kind of weird for a newbie so I can get why you weren't quite able to get his hand to fit. Most likely his arm was not quite glued on perfectly, or if it was it's possible there was some minor warping.
Luckily, it's actually pretty easy to fix if you do it during the assembly stage before the model is painted. Go microwave a cup of water, just enough that it'll cover the parts you need to re-shape, for like a minute. Drop the resin piece inside and wait about 20 seconds. Fish it back out (which is why I suggest keeping the water as shallow as possible!) and it's pretty easy to bend pieces into the shape you want. After you get it where you want it, drop it into a glass of room temperature or colder water so it'll harden back up and keep it's new shape.

Great advice, worked well for my bent swords. Im not sure why I didn't try this sooner.
