Darkroom can help clear up some of that blur, it really is the most useful thing for miniature photography on the iPhone.

For the mini itself, it's at least neatly painted. The paints look a little thick and it could use a wash or two to help bring out the detail. Also, yay! You got rid of those god awful armpit tentacles!
