So I recently finished a White Scars successor chapter commission. Colours were matched to pre-existing minis.
All in all there was: 1 Captain, 1 Librarian, 1 Chaplain, 3 Techmarines, 13 servitors, 5 devastators, 5 command squad marines, 3 melta-marines and 36 loose bits.

You know I really like this, the custom Libby and chappy just made from parts, just makes me happy lol. Solid pants on the rest but for me it’s the 3 characters made from kit bashes and color schemes that make it worthwhile.
oh and i know its a commision but you should consider flocking you'r bases makes such a differrance

Thanks heaps! Like you said, it was a commission. I did ask the client whether he wanted them based but he didn't want any basing for some reason or another. If you look at my gallery though, most of my stuff is based.

thats really odd, i mean its customer service you do what ur asked, maybe he though he could just do it himself(herself) well either way within the paramters of what you had to work with i think this is a win.

Yeah, I agree, quite strange. Especially since I don't charge any more for basing. Oh well, to each his own. Proud of the result anyway, haha.

The models look pretty great! But just so you know, the showcase forum rules require all models to be based and fully painted to be posted. Just a heads-up!

As has been mentioned, though, the showcase is only for completed miniatures, which includes basing, or at the very least bases 'finished' in a solid colour if they're not going to be textured. As such, I am moving this thread into the regular P&M section.
