I need a lightbox, the shadow makes him look cooler though. I have so much black edge-highlighting to do on these guys, it's unreal...

Love the blending you've done on the tabard!

As you're going for black with edge highlighting, would you not consider making the other colours (the green on the pipes and the blue/grey and purple) a bit more solid to contrast more?

The picture has come out darker than intended, the pipes are actually going from a caliban green, to warpstone glow and up to a moot green. The demon face on the shoulder goes up from a deep purple, naggaroth somthing, through 2 other shades of purple and then highlighting in greys. is that what you meant?

I'll try and get a better picture tonight.

You can make an effective light box with a cardboard box, a pair of scissors or a knife, and a piece of copy paper.

A3 is a good size if you are photographing multiple units
