Hey every one.
So have finished my first unit in my tyranid army and I just want to know what everyone thinks.
bare in mind these are my first minis in about 4 years so still a little bit rusty . Bases still need touching up and photos taken with phone so I apologise in advance
C&C welcome

I will be starting my next mini soon wich will be a harpy or crone - undecided yet

I like the unique color scheme, don't think I've seen it before. Maybe make the feathering on the carapace a little bit longer and more varied lengths.

I like the autumn style bases and really compliments the warm palette you have going on with the bugs. I would just touch up the base rim with black to really finish them of and make them look a bit cleaner.

Overall, good job .man

Very impressive! I personally think you might not want orange on the bases, though, since the models are already so orange. I really love these

There are some posts about how to convert a Harpy / Crone to be either kit by magnetizing it, I believe... will have a look and see if I can find them.

those look excellent.

can i make a reccomendation though -

paint the rims of the bases. it looks "untidy" without this painted. paint it maybe grey, or a soft subtle brown. or maybe black. it will really tie it all together

Very nicely done. I really like the color scheme, subdued but it reminds me of a hermit crab I had as a kid - very chitinous. The bases are an excellent compliment to the models. I look forward to seeing what you're working on next.
