Magnitized weapons (gun drooped a little in 1st shot)

Love the paint scheme. Looks great to me!! Weapons all magnetized too, extra bonus for effort !!!

I disapprove. That chainblade should be replaced with a mighty pimp hand, and speakers wired in so that it can recite the Pimp's Prayer. And he needs a hat now.

Very nice looking Knight. I really like the choice of color for the LEDs; it compliments the paint job quite well.

I'm going to pass along to you something that was just shown to me. Try taking one of those cinematic weapon effects that Armorcast (for a Knight, use their super-heavy shell blasts or plasma beams, etc) makes and re-casting it in clear resin. Then you can sink an LED into this clear resin effect, pant the edges to be smoke if you want, and the whole thing will light up and diffuse the light throughout. It looks hella cool and I'm going to be working on some of it soon myself.

Looks great! There is one thing that looks strange to me: the "soot effect" on the Melta and exhausts. I like the way it's blackened, but I don't get the silver weathering; not when the rest of the barrels are brass and don't have the same silver weathering. Surely any scratches to the soot would allow the original brass to come through, not silver?

I've thought of it, but don't want to be casting stuff.

So what parts did you magnetize exactly? Just right behind the barrels and the gas tank on the side?

Good point. I do plan on adding some more "battle" damage so I'll look into this. My idea was that the end saw the most wear and tear so it would be the most damaged

Just the ammo feed for the cannon and the tank for the melta. Next time I need to do the guns as they don't hold very well themselves

So the entire arm is they same except for those minor bits or does the non mag irises versions have different arms?

Spectacular model, the rear of the Knight is breathtaking. The production value of this model is very high, superb effort.

Kal-El, there is an interior bit used in the melta that isn't used in the cannon, but I included it because I liked it. I had to reloacte one of the hoses for it. There are also 2 other pieces that fit on the other side of the arm, but they are small and with the position of the arm you wouldn't see them so I left them off. The rest of the arm is the same

My favorite Knight to date love the colors.
