Is it me or are the FAQ's no longer available on their new site, I cannot find them anywhere.

Wouldn't panic too much until everything is fully in place.

EDIT: Of course, if GW has abandoned FAQs, let the community take over and make the interpretations themselves (like You Make Da Call does for example).

Yeah, they're. Don't know if it's permanent, or if they are still ironing some things out though.

Considering how the GW site is now a complete webstore...well, I'm not too pleased.

The last vestiges of actually acknowledging customer concerns (questions regarding rule clarifications and free tips and articles on how to enjoy the hobby) have finally be expunged!

It depends, if your opponent remembers them, then it still applies.

If you are playing against a new player who's going by the book...well, I hope you like Missile Drones, because you will be seeing a lot of those.

It would be the wild west of rule ambiguity. So in short, sites such as DakkaDakka that have established rule interpreters and interpretation forums would have to be your guide. Ultimately, tournaments either have to look to themselves or the community as a whole would have to weigh in on ambiguous interpretations and come to a common consensus in order to form a guide going forward on how to play loop holes.

I have emailed GW C/S and asked them where the FAQs have gone. Will post up the reply when I get one.

Probably just an over-site or something they are working on.

The BRB has the simple 'dice off' rule when there is disagreement,

so that's what you'd have to use assuming the FAQs don't re-appear

That is kind of dicey.

FAQs prevent certain issues from arising by putting a final say on what could be the interpretation of a rule. I'd rather cut out the hour of a conversation about rules from a game that takes 2-3 hours.

I assume this is just a temporary glitch. A lot of the products they're selling use 5th edition rules that need FAQ clarification before they're even playable.

No. The fact that a given publication is no longer being offered to a customer does not inherently render it invalid for use. It simply means that it is no longer available from GW.

Just wait for it. I bet the FAQs will show up to purchase soon enough.

I think many people will assume that the FAQ's are not valid until they get republished.

Yes, the FAQs are still valid. GW has already addressed this in several e-mails to people who have inquired or complained about the FAQs being missing. Apparently, it was an oversight.

Plenty of places to discuss this already.
