The brushwork is pretty neat, so you've got the fundamentals right. Check out washes - they will really help you give your minis depth. They're not called "talent in a bottle" for nothing.

Keep it up - your company commander deserves extra effort and attention.

What parts do I need to put a wash on? I've already washed some parts with the Army Painter Dark Tone Ink.

My suggestion on first seeing this is that you should thin your paints a bit more. Your brush control looks good, but thinning the paints would really bring out the details a lot! Keep going though, it looks good so far.
